I have a Masters Degree in Economics and have an incredible track record in selling and buying Real Estate.  I have also worked in the mortgage industry and developed a thorough knowledge of every aspect of real estate transactions.  Most importantly, I bring to my clients superior service and great dedication.  I don´t apply predetermined plans or strategies to every transaction.   I listen to each of my client´s real estate needs and goals and develops an approach which meets the needs and will achieve the goals.  I also see each client transaction through from start to finish.  I assure satisfaction through every step of the deal including escrow and closing.  I aim to always make each transaction as hassle-free as possible.   As an Orange County and Irvine real estate expert, I pride myself on always getting top dollar for my clients.

About Tricia

I have a Masters Degree from the University of Pennsylvania and over 8 years experience in corporate operations.  Previously the COO of two Internet companies, I bring to the real estate world an understanding of the power of technology, a solid appreciation of established processes and procedures, and a commitment to superior client service.  I enjoy preparing homes for market and working with sellers in home staging.  I am an aggressive marketer and look for each homes value proposition and superior selling points in order to effectively position and market it.  I am committed to communicating with our clients through each step of a real estate transaction and assuring their understanding of the various steps required for a successful closing.  I understand that the paperwork associated with the purchase or sale of a home can be overwhelming and it is always my goal to simplify and explain the process to the greatest extent possible.
